Tell us what you need made.

You don’t need a 3D file or technical drawings. A photo, a sketch, or a few measurements is enough to get a real quote back.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Four steps, no surprises.

You never pay before you know the price.

  1. 01

    Send the idea

A photo, a sketch, measurements, an STL file, or a description. Whatever you have.

  2. 02

    Get a quote

A written price and timeline, usually within one business day. No obligation.

  3. 03

    Approve the design

You see a render or a test print before a full run gets printed.

  4. 04

    Printed & finished

Printed, cleaned up, hand-finished where it matters, then shipped or ready for pickup.

HOW PRICING WORKS

Nothing on the invoice you haven’t already seen.

Every quote comes back in writing, itemized, before anything gets printed. This is what goes into it.

  1. 01

    The parts themselves

Priced from material, machine time and finishing. Same math on every job, whether it’s one piece or three hundred.

  2. 02

    Design time, when it applies

Anything modeled from scratch takes real time at the computer before the printer ever starts. That time is billed hourly as its own one-time line — never buried in the price of the part. You see the number before any work begins.

  3. 03

    Two revisions included

Two rounds of changes come with every custom design. Changes past that are billed at the same hourly rate, and you’ll be told before the clock starts.

  4. 04

    Reorders cost less

Design gets paid for once. Order the same part again next month or next year and there’s no design line at all — you pay for the parts.

Is there a minimum on custom work?

Yes, on jobs designed from scratch. Even a small one-off means measuring, modeling, test-printing and correcting before there’s anything to ship, so a from-scratch job carries a minimum charge. It’s quoted upfront with everything else — you’ll never find it at the bottom of an invoice.

Does a personalized item count as a custom design job?

No. A cake topper with a name on it, or something from the shop printed in your colors, is a product sale — no design time, no minimum. Custom design pricing applies when the thing doesn’t exist yet and has to be modeled.

What does it cost to find out?

Nothing. Quotes are free and there’s no obligation. Send a photo and rough measurements and you’ll get a written price and timeline back within one business day.
